I would not interpret the following passage to mean that Brocade has FC-AL included in the Silkworm:

"At the show, Sun will demonstrate, for the first time, its connection to a Fibre Channel
switch with Arbitrated Loop capabilities.

Sun's new Enterprise Network Array A5000, the industry's only second-generation Fibre
Channel array, will be connected to a Brocade SilkWorm switch through the SilkWorm's
FL-Port, which provides connectivity to Fibre Channel Arbitrated Loop devices. "

The FC port is connected to a device outside the switch, that provides connections to FC-AL loops:
