It gets briefed, oral arguments are scheduled, then the Court of Appeals issues its opinion. Could be months.

I have a different question. What if the Obama administration decides to ignore Judge Vinson's ruling? i.e. they neither file an expedited appeal, nor do they stop implementing Obamacare. Judge Vinson can enjoin them, and after a period of time he can rule them in contempt of court. But isn't that just like the drilling moratorium, where the administration has been ruled in contempt already, but nobody seems to care?

I suppose the House Judiciary Committee could hold hearings on it. But the media wouldn't cover them.
