The CEO reports to the Board of Directors, whose members are voted by the shareholders.

I have not self-appointed me to any position: I am only a shareholder, experienced in organizing, building and running companies, in several countries around the world.

Good luck!

I think the CEO is responsible to shareholders in so far as doing his
best to get the biggest bang for the shareholders' buck.
Investor Relations(i.e. Brenda L.)should be the dept. interfacing with
us.The more time the CEO spends holding and consoling shareholders is
less time taken by him to promote this company to potential future
eqpt buyers....and the stock keeps dropping
Best regards,
