I have family memebers who are Vancouver based architects. They have never been busier. Their clients are coming not just from Asia, but also from Europe and the Middle East.

Was at Whistler last week.. and always pick up a real estate mag or two when I travel.. Van sure a lot pricier than Toronto ... a correction would suit me... a nice little place around Squamish would be just about right.. Close enough to Whistler.. but not too close :0) Even trip to Vancouver a snap.. I'm used to Toronto to Montreal/Laurentians drive. maybe 570KM for me...So looking forward to a China slowdown to say 6% .. a recession for them LOL
