Jay, I agree with you on management having far more interest than anyone on this thread in creating share holder value. I think the idea of trying to arrange meeting with management to possibly get some updates or news on the state of the company, but Cymer probably had other things in mind for the cash when they issued the bonds in July/August. Do people still want a share buyback program if this thing rises as fast as it fell. It is possible that we're sitting at $30 a couple weeks from now. The shorts that started the slide will also be the ones to help bring the price back when they start to cover.
Only 200 shares but not necessarily in favor of a buyback. An informative meeting from someone on this thread letting Cymer know the concerns of people on this board with their PR would be a good idea.

Jay, Please see my last post #9510.......

Professionalism, objectivity, and preparedness are paramount to success of this idea. Even if EVERY poster wanted me to demand a Stock buy back I wouldn't do it. I would recommend someone else in my stead. However broaching the possibility of one, if worded correctly and done with proper protocol, is reasonable to ask Dr Akins. (If he even agrees to this meeting) It certainly is a reasonable request, and is certainly a common theme of the thread. I will remain agenda-less. I hope we can count on your support

Thanks

Craig P.
