Rob,

When the bomb was worked on in Los Alamos, We were at war on three continents. The generation that was fighting for its very life, was very much mom and apple pie. John Dean was not heard of yet. Futher, when at war, one could be "dealt with"...without much ado, and everyone knew it!

Nothing in Washington is kept secret for any length of time...look at any recent history...or have you been in a box for the last 30 years. I guess next I am going to hear about little green aliens and how they have been visiting and messing with our markets.

I am not saying that no one would want to try...just that it would come out.

Intimidation, nobody cares, too hard to prove,lose your job. When you start moving the market around thru futures , I would not want to be a whistle blower. Something bad might happen besides losing your job.
