I'm not sure I follow? The company has made no official statements in some time and I doubt the DEC would PR it. The order says the fines are due within 10 days of written notice from the DEC, that's all we know.

Again, my assumption is based on the logic that we would have heard by now from the company if the threat of these penalties was averted by timely submissions to the DEC. An update would encourage prospective shareholders that their investment dollars aren't going to just be handed over to a gov't agency to pay avoidable fines. Can you think of any reason the company would want to keep that a secret?
