The 2nd paragraph of Rule 3 covers it and favors a long position.

3-

If a stock gets delisted during the game, however, the owner must sell the shares or cover the shorts of said stock and will get the value of the last regular closing day.

If trading were to resume on the OTC BB or whatever it is called these days, at 50% (or less) of the last NASDAQ trade, $11.88, the rule requires the holder to sell or any short to cover at $11.88.

Let's see, as you say.

Do you want to dig in to "the last regular closing day"? That would be Thursday's $12.41 4 PM close. Friday included a halt, so it did not have a "regular closing".

I'm sure you and Taro will come up with something before April 29th. I'll bet it will trade again...

Last place is no big deal...trust me.
