I wonder how much the extra tanks cost? Were they new or used?

They added one 10,000 gallon and two 375 gallon tanks, removing the 1,200 gallon tank from service. The total tankage, including the two 375 gallon tanks, seem somewhat small for the expcted/claimed output.

Double wall and spill prevention needed to be put in?? Sounds like that to me. The old tank was on a pad with nothing. So is that 2 tanker loads the tank hold?
