The acquisition from Botswana would not cost WSP any additional
money upfront as they are already a part owner in this property
the expence would come from them working the property as the operator.
This would be a great fit with the current project as they
can work on the Botswana project at any time in other words,
there can be news coming out WSP when the season is over at snap lake
And IMO is WSP used up some cash this would be good
that they may need to raise some more and if that happens
maybe we would see the price move up for additional financing

also WSP will also be doing alittle work on a couple of properties (100% owned by WSP) around snap lake this winter. Also the property that WSP picked up with the Antler amalgamation in northern Manatoba that Southernera is the operator and have cash left in the bank at the end.

Regards,
GF
