Bill, there were two things I was very glad to hear mentioned.

1) That while they still had some other regional and vertical people in mind that they were also in talks with other concerns much larger than Data General & Inacom with mention of a potential "technology synergy".

2) When asked whether they were looking into any leasing arrangements the comment was they already had a mechanism in place for financing if the customers needed it. When asked who it was with we heard "won't say due to a more formal relationship".

Bill, there's another item regarding the financing I'd like your opinion on.

As this is set up, if the stock is under the "premium to price at time of closing" at any conversion the principal(s) would likely play it more like a regular floating convertible.

However, since there's that limit of "lesser of", if the stock is above the
"premium to price at time of closing" they would have the same incentives any of us would have were we selling, that is to get the highest price they could for the shares.

Make any sense? :-)
