The big test will come when the company produces audited financials, and becomes fully reporting. They claim to be doing this, if that is so, then a NASDAQ listing will follow. The pr people claim this will all occur by year end.

I am hardly impressed with $5 million in contracts based on the 1998 projections. Next week I plan on calling Mike Caldwell at the company. There is no substance to be had from Carlisle Comm.
