Spec - in this day and age banks are certainly not in the habit of loaning money on purchase orders alone, they'd almost require a large amount of customers to have funds on deposit in advance of delivery representing the majority of the amount loaned before they'd touch any risk. The company needs the money now for reasons that appeared good enough to convince four principals to supply it on rather reasonable terms considering what is seen on the surface - were there not some belief that the company would indeed be in a better state three months down the line you would have seen one of those nasty ole' Reg S deals that seem to abound with other companies in similar situations.

You can "obtuse" and "unfavorable" this thing to death but the bottom line is they got the money and I'll bet you you'll be seeing why in the not so distant future.

MicroSpec: No matter what the underlying terms end up being you will say they are bad bad bad...Mark my words and I am not Karnack the Great.

You are so predictable, and illogical.
