Seems like the story coming from Eric Holder is changing. First it was the notion that Congress is forcing domestic trials, now it's the excuse that Congress is making domestic trials impossible.

Either way, it doesn't sound like the Justice Department did its homework. That just confirms to me that the original motivation for domestic trials were ideologically driven. Cause you know, we gotta show the world that we treat captured terrorists with all the dignity that human beings ought to have.

My original point stands. These terrorists should be put through a military tribunal. They were captured on a military battlefield, where different rules apply. Way too many legal complications with bringing them onto American soil for domestic trials, and I haven't seen ANY proof that Eric Holder and the Justice Department knew what to expect. Nor did Obama.

This latest flip-flop proves it.
