Sankar, my target was sub 2 around March, I have sub 2 now, and I may step to the plate late in Decemebr once all tax selling is exhausted. I think that the current value is actually a very good deal, it is pretty close to book under most rational scenarios that I can envisage. My only remaining problem is to assess the US and UK economies over the next year. I do not think the US is going into anything more than a mild slow down, no recession. I think that a collapse in H-K could have severe reverberations in the UK however.

I am glad I stayed out! It is going to be interesting on Monday/Tuesday after all the new found enthusiasm wears off! I would expect the price to drift in the $1 to $2 range for the rest of the year!
