Chas,
You guys had your chance today and missed it. The bounce today in the tech sector ignored the news and will suck some people into the market when they read about the rally this weekend. The only tech stock that I follow that was down was MU after an up day in which I took the opportunity to double my short position before the sell off.
The money flow to the funds is drying up because of the down market and the holidays coming so this rally was manipulation to bring some money. When the money stops coming the market comes down. Next week.
Coz

Well I already sold my calls for a small profit. I will have to get more
puts now! Looks like with the judgement and judgements coming Avant earnings
are going to suck. Does anyone when the Silavco civil suit started
against Avant?

>>>Of course, I guess they can end up being shut down, the managers thrown in jail, and all assets given to CDN, and the stock would still be trading at these levels.<<<

What else would you expect of the stock from Hell? Anyone notice that there were 500 more Nov30 put contracts traded? Must have happened near the end of the day as I checked the quotes a number of time up to about 3 pm, there wasn't any volume. Open interest is now at 684, according to the CBOE.
