Morning! You certainly jumped with both feet. I think where most of us are is that we are opposed to the Gov doing anything but essentials anymore.

The things you like may be worthy, but lets get them out of the Gov purvey. Once they are in, there is no end to the money that DC will spend on them. Plus they always work worst when Gov supported.

I accept your reasoning. I have heard otherwise. I understand why people do not want government funds going to abortion. I do not understand why people don't want government funds going towards women's health care and birth control. The overwhelming majority of Americans believe in birth control.


How about because it isn't one of the powers granted to the Federal Government in the US Constitution?

Pretty good reason right there.
