Absolutely and totally agree with you on this,Jorj....

I may think abortion is wrong, BUT I am FOR a woman's right to choose. I just don't think that choice should be paid for by the taxpayers of America.

If the pro-choice folks (of which I am one) want the attacks on the pro-choice movement to stop, simply cease expecting pro-life supporters to pay for abortions.

But if someone believes that a fetus is a human at conception, it is morally bankrupt to force that person to force that person to support (financially or otherwise) abortion.

You speak eloquently for me. Thank you. :)

Regarding your last comment to me, church was full of families like that growing up in the fifties and sixties, so it's recent historical fact. I do not want to go back to those days, pre-birth control. The church's official stance is NO BIRTH CONTROL (except natural methods leaving about one week per month of protection; extremely difficult for most couples to comply with).

According to the church, couples using birth control are morally lapsed, and thats a whole bunch of people in the US.

In my experience as a Catholic, my last comment was neither hyperbolic, nor fiction.
