How convenient of you to forget that the previously unsuccessfully file permit application is what caused JBI to be subject to the Consent Order. Jonny Genius better get it right this time.

Still, my favorite of your foolish statements was when you claimed JBII will never actually file the paperwork for the permits having no clue that earlier that day it was revealed that it was all filed all on time.
