LOL, I "forgot" it because you either made it up or simply don't have a clue what you're talking about. "subject" to a consent order? ROFL!!!! They got special persmission to operate without a permit and expand their business. What I do remember clearly, however, is your insistence that they will never file the paperwork at all ever having absolutely no clue that not only they already had done so, but they did it early.
