It wasn't the type of company that I wanted to work for right now. I prefer small-medium sized growth companies where I have more of a hands-on responsibility in the design and implementation of my projects. I might as well take the risks now when I can afford them. I've moved back to Montreal and am working for the company I was with after I left Sinclare in January. We do a lot of real-time financial data handling on various contracts, so the job is a lot more interesting. Also, all our work is in UNIX, so I get to avoid programming in Windows, which is a very ugly API.
