David, Re chip... probably going to be in January. I talked to Paul today, and that is a new tenative time. I'll let you know as soon as it's definate. thanks re trading... it's not all bad news, but I think people should know all the likely scenerios in order to be prepared. that's one reason I think the financing should be discussed. if you are a holder of a stock, it's a lot easier to stomach ups and downs if you are aware they are coming, rather than being blindsided. those debentures might not be converted for 12 months, but knowing they are out there can reduce their damage. jmo. best, kim
