Jay based his example on an 8-port server, the BT-2410 24-port high-density analog server should be currently available and although not formally announced we know that the BT-2420 24-port T-1 server is in the field in several locations and since it has received certification from AT&T's labs you'd think it was indeed ready to go.

I also see the BT-1620 & BT-2420 T-1 servers are listed as:

FCC Part 68, Part 15 Class B;
UL Approved & Listed; Canadian
DOC CS03; CSA 950 Approved
T-1 Complies with:
AT&T TechPubs 54016, 62411, 62421
Bellcore Standard TR-NWT-001268
Compatible switch types (among others):
AT&T (Lucent) 4ESS, AT&T (Lucent) 5ESS
Nortel DMS-250, Nortel DMS-100, NTT
Ericsson MD-110
