I agree with a lot, not all, of what you say <g>

The convertibles is interesting, I do not know enough about them, interesting to see how that will play itself out.

Agree that expectations were too high...probably attributable in part to self-defensiveness brought out by shorty's attacks...they played us well, did they not? Something to remember for next time...

Hopefully we hear from Claude, Ron, et al this weekend.

I do not think your opinion is worth nada, that is why I asked for it.

Glad to hear you are hanging on to your chip.

Yes, the financing is not good. It sounds like a Reg S type deal, which will almost certainly add downward pressure on the stock price for the short term future. In my investment experience, I can't think
of any examples where it has not been otherwise. This is not to say that they cannot recover in the long run, but the financing will definitly not help the price in the short run. Unfortunately, that is the reality.
