Pancho--Hi. Remember how I said that I thought coms was going to mid to low 30s, convievably high 20s if overall mkt was bad enough? And that I would probably jump back in if I thought missing the quarter, and significant (as opposed to minor) problems w/sell through of modems in the channel were acknowledged and priced into the stock?

And that I would probably buy in then, when it stopped falling?

Well I bought some on Friday at 30.75, and more this am at 33.

While I'm not sure all the bad news is "officially" out, I think there is a lot of pricing it into the stock, overdone in fact.

BTW, best thing coms could do for stock is to get all their inventory writeoffs into this quarter, just have a lousy quarter, but be able to report strong next quarter outlook. IMO

Regards, Doug
