Re: earning uncertainty

Hi,

I'm very confused by the silence of COMS these weeks. I've experienced two dfferent reactions on such huge stock declines in my stock career" so far.

1. An earnings warning is released within ~ two weeks after the huge selloff starts.
2. A press release is being issued telling "we see no reason for the huge decline in stock price".

I'm a 100% sure that COMS always knows about meeting (or slightly missing) or missing estimates by far. So there should have been at least one announcement already showing the direction.
Now they didn't and that doesn't make me more confident...

BTW, isn't it the smaller brokerage houses that reiterated their buys recently?
If so, could it be possible that Eric informed the big ones 'bout a shortfall?
