It's a goodie. There could be some implications regarding the amount of stock they own at any one time. If it's less than 5% of the company, it may not be restricted. And they don't have to look at filings and short swing profit rules which would require they return the profits back to the company. If it's 10% it's restricted. What's 10% of 3,371,000?

Get it in little pieces, sell it, get another little piece, etc.

Skeeter: there's something wrong with this picture. i just got back, and not quite sure I understand what's going on, because I just skimmed through the posts. I get it that MK has "proven" that there are more shares issued than everyone believed. If so, well I guess the people here got snukered.
I think that since it's the weekend, no one here can verify or refute your numbers. I don't know where you got them from so research is impossible.
However, I would like to ask you this...If what you say is true..How long did you know this? Why did you not make this known 2 months ago, when you appeared as the person and persons who were going to save these people from their mistakes?
It seems a little odd that you all are reactingg with what appears to be glee, about the apparant turn of events. One almost gets the impression that you all may have profited by this, and now you are here to rub salt in their wounds, if it turns out as you say.
I asked s martin why you all seem to be on the same threads?
