Did you ever train a mule? Casey Stengle had a technique. He used to say, "If you want to get the mule to do something, you take a 2X4 and hit it on the head." What was that for you say? "Well first you get the Mule's attention."

Don't assume my motivation was nice. Or "bad". But if you think I was cold water on the stock I could not possibly have been "bad".

If I were short I would praise before the news, and then be "gee whiz what happened? I thought," etc, etc. Now in fact, the gas on the fire had the same effect as I brought out every erudite defender of the faith to panic and beat the drum so I could have been a clever shorter.

When you play poker, which way do you hold your cards, face out or face in? In fact there is a type of poker I play where you play face out. Nobody believes you don't have a card up your sleeve, and maybe you do.

Well Larry you did log back on using your name, and misjudged
is looking real correct. I truly am sorry, for the lambs at the
slaughter. it is unfortunate that one way vision and one
sided coins are beleived in so often. Its amazing how a
promoter can bring the sheep to water, dispurse his stock
at a huge profit then short as the wolfs are let into the
slaughter. Prehaps my post the other night when I ripped apart
a poster , refering to a scam being a scam, maybe you can
appreciate where I was coming from. If anyone made money
this one it was blind stupid luck that wasn't part of the scam.
I am going to be tell you I have some shares of a desert
dirt play my cost is zero, it was blind stupid luck and
reading Jay Taylors news letter. Did you read his release today??
Yes I subscribe to Charters and Taylor. Taylor looks wrong are
they going to persecute him as they did Charters?? I still
have those free shares, chances are they will be worthless
Monday morning, chances are (put the dollar in the machine
and pull handle) Lucky for me it was the house money and
I got out with my shirt on, lucky for me I believed Charters,
and I had blind stupid luck. What do you think about Taylor
with his promoting on the desert dirt plays now. Cheers

Larry, <<surprised that you did not choose to gloat on the IPM thread.>> Me too, but this is not over by a long shot. Chatters now has a feather (a distinguished "I told you so ribbon") in his cap to continue to caution the believers. COC did show metal in the desert sands despite the proof from AZ officials that " there is no precious metal at BRX". Chatters was wrong, but will claim to be right. This is just the beginning of his long carrier defending against the desert dirt's. Unfortunately, he will claim victory and increase his circulation. This continues to be great speculative fun.

Larry; I agree with you there. A softer tone would have been better received. In retrospect he might have made a few people exit and keep their money, and they might be grateful to him and the other analytical types, but most seemed to be diehards who could not be swayed.
Still there is gold there, and they may solve the leach methods problem and make a cheap heap operation.
