In my original posting I said that EaseUs has a free Imaging Program. I've been using this program on my notebook for sometime. So, I don't understand what you are referring to when you said that you need to purchase the program in order to image a hdd. I also said, that if you want a full featured EaseUs program than you needed to upgrade to the payed version.
