I agree. If their credit rating from Moody's or S&P get downgraded then it may be a blood bath. But I believe that GNT has a strong management and hopefully they will be able to convince them not to. On Wall Street Week yesterday a portfolio manager stated he did not see interest rates going below 6% unless the Fed. decreases. Also if rates do go higher in the long term then GNT will benefit from loans made now. I think we will get a clearer picture at the conference call in December.
