Now we are talking. GE should be on the hook like several other companies to pay their legitimate* share of taxes in US.

They should be made payable immediately. Who knows how much of the profit was really earned overseas? There seems to be massive non-enforcement on transfer pricing. Charge interest payable now on taxes owed and charge interest on the interest. If I or anyone else was delinquent on their taxes, they would owe interest and penalties. 8% interest per year seems reasonable. The same with the carried interest crap.
