It seems for a turn around company their situation does not seem all that bad. They may need to spend a quarter or two correcting their business policy and/or people they associate with but these seem fixable. The lawsuit will hang over the company until it is resolved and which I have no idea/opinion on how it is going to come out. One final concern is if they need additional capital to continue to fund thier loans or do they have enough internal or secured capital to continue. With the Lowering of their rating it may be harder though. I currently only have very very little invested since lack of cash but will continue to check up on it to see what happens. John
