well, why don't the photoshop experts all lay out that scandal? it would be a slamdunk - and obama would be gone. so, i, as a non-techie, assume you are wrong about the forgery - adulteration. also, i would assume, obama would have had some one do a good job - that couldn't be detected - if that is possible. of course, some jerk in hawaii may have doctored the birth certificate. and obama and his lawyer may be as fooled as the rest of us. but, at this point, i assume the birthers are just crazy. also, hillary, trump and others would show, at the relevant time, that obama was not eligible to be prez - and would now show the latest birth certificate is a fake - if its forgery-tampering is as clear as you say.
