Looks neat. I still have to merge my old Windows 2000 partition (where all the boot files are kept, otherwise an empty partition) with the XP partition, something I will do one day.

I use Acornis 2010 with the plus pack for making images. The extra facilities are not necessary for normal back up images though. I do not use the security zone feature, or any of the other automatic features. Like a number of other posters on this board I use Acronis in manual mode only and make new back ups only when I want to. I have the settings such that normally verification is selected as part of the back up procedure.

Hope these posts help those who have had problems with making images of thier operating systems.
