I disagree.

I think there is a deeper social theory at work here that incorporates capitalism as a social tool and corporations as a way of organizing the tribes wealth.

That deeper social theory involves the super powerful and criminals using power to take more than their fair share of the tribes wealth, more than their fair share of the tribes ELK meat.

By using unscrupulous methods like sweat shops/bought and paid for politicians, for god's sake and corporations as armour mail!, the top 400 wealthiest people now have more wealth than the bottom 150 million.

It has nothing to do with fairness to corporations and everything to do with fairness to the people. It has to do with how the tribe divides up the resources.

Where does a corporate "bonus" come from? a Corporate "lobbyist" get paid for? a corporate "politician" get paid for? a corporate "stadium name"? ALL THESE ARE TAXES ON U.S ! ! !
