Why dont you move to the bahamas? Most of the major shorts I think live there and there is no reason to report to anyone. ALso you can do some strange things which are illegal in the US like selling securities you cant even get to cover for a short etc.. When I get to be as good as LS or Jenna I might seriously think of moving.. For now I just follow Joe's dog around since my picks aint too good.. But from what I have read we brake the downtrend and is in a short term uptrend with almost everyone agreeing on it except one. (maybe two, havent heard from LS yet so who knows). As bush said, shorting at this point is not prudent.. Should have done it a month ago..
