The latest issue of GPS World magazine reports that congress has approved a nationwide radio beacon based DGPS nnetwork in HR 2169. The proposal is awaiting Presidennt Clinton's signature

Skip, isn't that profit formula a little rich? Every extra million dollars equates to four cents per share revenue, and two cents profit per share represents a net incremental profit margin of 50%. That sounds closer to the gross margin, and seems high, especially when you consider a good deal of the increase would be coming from a government contract.
