Mike <<mmmmmm...........doesn't create an erection??>>

This is an advantage for Viagra..It works only with sexual stimulation. This is usually the preference for males who do not suffer from ED.

re: viagra "The year-long open-label study for use by men experiencing impotence of no known physical cause determined Pfizer's drug Sildenafil to be an effective treatment. Only 13 percent of the men in the study withdrew because the once-a-day drug did not work. "

" A tablet taken a few hours before sexual activity boosts levels of artery-relaxing agents inside the penis. This drug doesn't create an erection; instead, it amplifies the reaction to sexual signals. :"

my impression from these statements leads me to believe that the study done was with men suffering from psychological impotence, not physical impotence.

My question then is this, will Viagra work on ED where there are physical causes, such as in diabetes, for example?

My impression would be that the potential market for ED would consist mostly of men with physical problems as the cause, rather than physchological causes.
