Not supported by reality, like many of your 'facts'. As bentway noted, Bush shut down the bin Laden unit at the CIA in 2005. We diverted almost all of our resources in Afghanistan to Iraq before that, it was one of the reasons why the we missed bin Laden at Tora Bora.
