Coastlines will recede by quite a bit.

We'll adapt. The water won't be coming in like a Japanese tsunami, you know. Plenty of time to relocate whoever we can.

Either that, or we'll all have to live without flying, driving, or using electricity. Maybe you want to live like that, but I sure don't.

P.S. - It's really easy to exaggerate numbers for shock value. I see you already did just that by rounding up the estimate from 1.6 to 2 meters. The actual range in that study was 90 to 160 cm.
