Joe,

The most damaging numbers come from the 2 million shares granted to Roland and Gary, and the number of new shares that might have to be issued (or already are) in conjunction with the Nelson, Koko, H&D acquisitions.

Can the company pay them in cash? Sure. Does the company have the cash? Not from anything I have officially seen. And if the cas to pay these guys comes from the $10 million being tossed about here, then the money can't go to upgrading plant and equipment as announced.

There is still a big number coming in from the Reg-S deal of 13,100,000 shares. My information says some of these may have already been sold (for ridiculously cheap amounts). But there appears to be something wrong with that transaction in the first place. This could be a rather sticky wicket IMHO.

One other thing to consider here Joe is that your Cartel seems hell bent on acquiring the float. With new shares coming to market as a result of the RMCW acquisition as well, it would appear as though you guys could be buying and buying til hell freezes over, just to keep up.

This is the part that is worth noting. If the market continues to be flooded with new shares, how can the squeeze ever work?
