Michael, are you going to educate me/debate the numbers you put up? It's what you said you wanted to do. I understand the point is if the float increases, then more certs would have to be called to be effective. I'm asking you educate in why you think this is occurring and how?

Let's start with this, how many shares ABOVE the current oustanding di you think the numbers you put down represent?
