Koko got 40,000 shares (unadjusted for 30-1) but the deal says the stock has to be worth $200,000 or RMIL must either pay them in cash or more shares to come up to the $200,000.

Nelson got 300,000 shares (unadjusted for 30-1), but the deal says the stock has to be worth $1,500,000 or RMIL must come up with either money or shares to bring this up to $1,500,000. OVIS said they had adjusted the value downwards to $741,000, but I'm not sure they are going to enforce this. (I can't imagine there is no litigation surrounding this, despite RMIL saying there is no litigation.

H&D got 50,000 shares (unadjusted for 30-1), but the deal says RMIL must bring the value up to $250,000 in either cash or stock.
