Bright is a flash memory company. I have not found any other info than this but they are able to store four bits of data in each momory cell. (Sandisk and Intel only 2).

Aug. 25, 1997--ISD (Information Storage Devices, Inc.) (NASDAQ:ISDI), and
Bright Microelectronics Inc. (Bright) today announced an agreement to co-develop a series of high density, four bits per cell
(4X) digital memory chips based on ISD's multilevel storage technology.
