If I had sold my business to these guys two years ago, I'd want the cash right now, or the shares to generate cash. These guys probably don't want to negoitate. They want the money.

And again, I remind you that if the company burns their cash on this transaction, there won't be cash for the promises made regarding upgrading plant and equipment.
