We don't know where the increase in shares is coming from. There are no filings. Have the shares already been issued? Don't forget, the law changed May 1. So these shares might be out there already.'

And it isn't the 13,000 post split shares that's important, it's the dollars or shares needed to come up with the dollar amount.
