Hi Dave, the units sales could have a very short-term negative impact on the stock (maybe its already in the current price). But the implications of this are also positive. It means that JMAR is now at the point of transitioning from an R&D company as you pointed out to a real company with viable products. If we look at the success of the Mirage product, perhaps we have a glimpse of where JMAR will be putting its money. If the influx of this $10 million generates $50 million in revenue and 10 million in yearly profits after rampup, I don't think any of us will be complaining. This fund raising sets up 1998 again as the breakout year.

... JMAR has been primarily an R&D company, and now they're getting to the point where they're introducing a lot of new products and getting more into manufacturing. I hope they have enough expertise in this area so they can make the transition ... You have placed your finger on the critical question, my friend. Their previous business ventures, excepting PPL, do not impress. Hopefully JM & Co have learned. BTW, XRL is a non event, forever R&D (or untill DARPA cuts off funding) IMO. Tulvio
