KyrosL I agree related to the evidence, my main point is that this is an obvious "set-up" from BIG MONEY and/or interested parties and no one knows for sure what happen. It only so happen that the maid in transgression entered the suite. That DSK jumped the gun I agree if proven it is his fault, but my guess is that a 61 year old will not go and attack a maid - it is too foolish. May be she undressed and he fell in the trap. I am very upset that the NY Police takes only the maid side and the Judge failed to release DSK on bail. Sending him to Rickers Island is unacceptable!!! They could have ordered house arrest as they have done with the hedge fund manager and many others who committed much more severe offenses. It is shameful and a disgrace to US justice and unfortunate the people involved are scum as they try to gain notoriety from this case and advance their own career on the expense of injustice. This is not proper police work period only scum will act in this manner. I worked with law enforcement organization in the Tri State area at quite high level and I know from personal experience that they do follow directives from political nominees and not always who needs to be persecuted is persecuted. Way too many politically well-connected are let free, including for similar offenses. I testified before Grand Jury as a witness for the US Attorney and those with connection went free. When I asked why, I was told that’s life “we do not win them all” they had good attorneys. This is pure BS at a time the person was guilty like sin, somehow evidence do get lost when most needed
