Which would still make Nancy Pelosi a flippin' hypocrite.

Republicans have always been about more local government and less federal government. That includes letting San Francisco implement its own health care laws and regulations.

ObamaCare seeks to impose itself upon everyone and every locality. If it doesn't fit well with San Francisco's laws, why should SF businesses get waivers and not, say, businesses in Houston or Dallas?
