SPEEDY, I have no idea of the terms and how to get to purchase these units. It is listed in JMAR's 10Q. Raising money is a normal part of a growing company. If not through shares, how would you have JMAR raise money to take advantage of its emerging product lines? Certainly it makes more sense to raise the money now, with some dilution than to let opportunities slip away. I would like to see how much these new lines will produce in sales and earnings. I hope that the company will give us more details on where they will be putting the money and what sales they expect these products will bring the company.

Speedy, With more shares means less earning to the bottom line in the short term. That money will not give the company the type of revenue growth to make up for the increase share all at once. We will be in the one and two cent range for more then a couple of qtrs.

The Sante Fe Laser deal was a mistake from the start. Remember, the cost of the deal was not to be known until Dec 1998. That was the reason for my complaining about it. If they do a deal, then the cost have to be UP FRONT for all to see.

As you know, the market operates on two factors,

1. Greed and 2. Fear. Right now it is operating on Fear. You can see it and read about. Greed got the alot of companys price too high and all based on future earning expectations. Now, companys are and will get cut down to size.

Now there is fear on the thread. Just read it. What will happpen if the market goes thur another 1973/74 (I believe those are they years)when the market was cut in half. Lot of YOUNG folks out there will panic. I see a good opportunity taking shape.

Who else in the company will we start to blame now. Dr. M is on the sky line now. It may be deserved. But in the long term, EARNings will always drive the stock price of any company. Time will catch up on those company with only HYPE and prospects and little earnings.

Just for fun and its only one persons opinion. Enjoying the fear in the market.
